How do I receive messages from Spirit?

When I connect with Spirit, I act as the bridge for energy to travel across. Spirit doesn’t have a physical voice box, so they communicate in other ways, by sending me energy that carries the information they’d like to share.

This energy can show up as:

💫 A flicker of an image

💫 A physical sensation in my body

💫 A sudden word or phrase

💫 A clear “knowing” that I can’t explain logically

My role is to notice what comes in and share it quickly, before my human mind has a chance to edit or reshape it. The best way to describe it is like a game of energetic charades. Spirit sends the clues, and I do my best to translate them for you.

Sometimes it may feel, even to me, like I’m “making it up.” But your responses and validations are what confirm that the information truly belongs to your loved one in Spirit.

And yes, being human, my logical brain occasionally tries to fill in gaps or make sense of what I’m receiving. That’s when a “no” may come up and that’s perfectly normal. When that happens, I simply step back, set my mind aside, and continue with what’s coming through.

The magic isn’t in perfection. It’s in showing up as a clear, open, and nonjudgmental observer, so your loved one has the space to share their love and presence with you. My role is to witness, speak, and hold space for that connection.
