You Don’t Have to Walk Through Grief Alone

Compassionate grief coaching for those navigating loss.

At your pace, in your own way.

Grief can feel incredibly lonely, even when you are surrounded by people.

Sometimes the people closest to us don’t know how to show up when we’re grieving. They may try to fix what can’t be fixed, offer advice that doesn’t land, or quietly pull away because they’re afraid of saying the wrong thing.

Somewhere along the way, you may start to feel like you're carrying this all by yourself. You don't have to,

I offer grief coaching for those navigating loss. You don't need to know what to say or how to explain your grief here.

This is a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about your grief, feel heard, and be witnessed exactly where you are. Whether your loss is recent or something you have been carrying for many years.

My Grief Coaching Background

I am a Certified Grief Educator and Coach, trained through David Kessler's certification program at Grief.com. This training represents the highest level of grief support, grounded in education, experience, and a deep understanding of the often-unacknowledged terrain of grief. I bring that methodology, along with my own compassionate approach, to every session.

How Sessions Work

Grief coaching session with Jennifer Jeska, certified grief coach in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.

Grief looks different for everyone. Because of that, these sessions are guided by what you need most in the moment.

Our first session has a gentle structure to help you feel supported and grounded, especially if you are unsure where to begin. We will spend time talking about what brought you here, what your grief has been like, and what feels most present for you right now. You do not need to prepare or have the right words. We will take it one step at a time.

There is no expectation to move on, feel better, or arrive anywhere by the end of the session

This is a space for conversation, reflection, and grief education. I may offer gentle insights, perspective, or simple tools when they feel supportive to help you better understand what you are experiencing. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.

If you choose to schedule additional sessions in the future, they are fully guided by what is happening for you at that time. There is no set agenda. Each session builds on what we have already explored and adapts as your grief changes.

These are grief coaching sessions grounded in compassionate support and grief education. They are not therapy or counseling, and they are not meant to replace mental health care. Instead, they are designed to help you make sense of your experience and feel less alone with it.

Sessions are offered over Zoom. Resources or suggestions may be shared after sessions when helpful. All conversations are held with care and confidentiality.

Grief Coaching Sessions

Heading.webp

Grief reshapes your world. It can feel confusing, isolating, overwhelming.  Like you’re carrying more than you ever expected. These sessions are a compassionate, grounded place to finally talk about what you’re carrying, exactly as it is, without expectation or judgment.

A grief coaching session offers a compassionate, grounded space to talk about what you're carrying and to better understand how grief is showing up in your life right now.

Who grief coaching is for:

This session may feel right for you if you are navigating the loss of someone you love, feel unsure how to move forward, experience grief in waves, or simply want support that meets you where you are emotionally and humanly.

What to expect in a grief coaching session:

In each session, we take time to gently explore where you are in your grief. We may:

  • Talk through what you’re feeling and what’s present for you right now

  • Notice emotional, mental, and physical patterns related to your loss

  • Explore ways to support yourself between sessions with kindness and care

  • Share resources when helpful

Grief coaching sessions can be a one-time appointment or something you return to over time, depending on what feels right for you. You don't need to prepare anything in advance. Simply come as you are.

Ongoing grief coaching

If you choose to continue, ongoing sessions are not repetitive or scripted. They are fully tailored to what is happening in your life at that time and build upon previous conversations as your grief continues to change. There is no expectation to move on or reach a certain place in your grief.

Price: $85 USD
Duration: 50 Minutes
Format: Live via Zoom
You're welcome to receive a recording if that feels supportive to you.

Evidential Mediumship | Conversation + Grief Support

Heading.webp

We begin with an evidential mediumship connection, where your loved one is invited to come through with clear, recognizable evidence. From there, our time shifts into a grief informed conversation. A space to process what came through, talk about your loved one, share where you are in your grief, explore resources, or simply be heard. I can also share tips to help you begin noticing your own signs and connection with them.

There is no agenda. We follow what feels most meaningful and supportive to you.

This session is designed as your first appointment if you would like a mediumship connection included in your grief support work. Future sessions focus on ongoing grief coaching.

My approach is grounded in my training as a Certified Grief Educator and Coach, and our time together is held with warmth, compassion, and presence. This is not therapy. It is heart centered support that honors both your grief and your love.

Who this session is for?

  • You are grieving and want both connection and support

  • You long to know your loved one is still with you

  • You want space to process, talk, and be heard

  • You have questions about signs, dreams, or your own intuition

What to expect in a mediumship and grief support session

This session has two parts. The first 30 minutes focuses on the evidential mediumship connection. The remaining 30 minutes is an open conversation guided by whatever feels most supportive to you.

More information about an Evidential Mediumship connection can be found on the Evidential Mediumship page.            Click Here for more information

Price: $150 USD

Not Sure
Where to Begin?

If you’re feeling drawn to work together but aren’t sure which session is the right fit, you’re welcome to start with a short Meet and Connect session.

This 10 minute conversation gives us space to say hello, talk about what’s bringing you here, and explore whether grief support, evidential mediumship, or intuitive guidance feels like the best first step.

If you’re considering an evidential mediumship session, I’ll also briefly explain how those readings work. For evidential connections, it’s important that you don’t share detailed information about yourself or your loved one ahead of time. This allows the connection to unfold naturally and keeps the evidence clear and unbiased.

This is not a reading or grief session. It’s simply a first conversation so you can move forward feeling informed and comfortable.

Investment: $15
If you choose to book a full session afterward, your $15 will be credited toward your first appointment. You will receive a refund if you decide not to move forward with grief support.
