You Don’t Have to Walk Through Grief Alone
Compassionate, grief informed support for those navigating loss.
At your pace, in your own way.
Grief can feel incredibly lonely, even when you are surrounded by people.
Sometimes the people closest to us don’t know how to show up when we’re grieving. They may try to fix what can’t be fixed, offer advice that doesn’t land, or quietly pull away because they’re afraid of saying the wrong thing.

Somewhere along the way, you may start to feel like you're carrying this all by yourself. You don't have to,

I offer grief informed emotional support for those navigating loss. You don't need to know what to say or how to explain your grief here. This is a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about your grief, feel heard, and be witnessed exactly where you are. Whether your loss is recent or something you have been carrying for many years.

How Sessions Work

Grief looks different for everyone. Because of that, these sessions are guided by what you need most in the moment.

Our first session has a gentle structure to help you feel supported and grounded, especially if you are unsure where to begin. We will spend time talking about what brought you here, what your grief has been like, and what feels most present for you right now. You do not need to prepare or have the right words. We will take it one step at a time.

There is no expectation to move on, feel better, or arrive anywhere by the end of the session

This is a space for conversation, reflection, and education around grief. I may offer gentle insights, perspective, or simple tools when they feel supportive. To help you better understand what you are experiencing. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.

If you choose to schedule additional sessions in the future, they are fully guided by what is happening for you at that time. There is no set agenda. Each session builds on what we have already explored and adapts as your grief changes.

These sessions are grief informed emotional and educational support. They are not therapy or counseling, and they are not meant to replace mental health care. Instead, they are designed to offer understanding, steady presence, and support as you navigate life after loss.

Sessions are offered over Zoom. Resources or suggestions may be shared after sessions when helpful. All conversations are held with care and confidentiality.

Grief Support + Evidential Mediumship
This session is designed for those who are grieving a loved one and also seeking meaningful connection. It combines evidential mediumship with grief-informed support, allowing space for both connection and understanding as you navigate life after loss.

If you would like a mediumship connection, it must be included in your first appointment.

Once we have worked together in grief support, I will already know personal details that would make an evidential reading no longer ethical or unbiased.

For this reason, mediumship cannot be added after grief support sessions have begun.
